From our soil to your table, every product here is lovingly grown on our farms in Sabha, Mafraq.
We personally grade every piece for quality, pack it in cartons, and get it on the road before the day ends. You won’t find our produce sitting in cold storage or passing through multiple handlers. Just sun-ripened goodness delivered at peak freshness, day after day, season after season.
Since 1985, the Sabha, Mafraq landscape has been our canvas for growth, where we’ve nurtured 70 distinct fruit varieties.
By 1998, olive grove planting marked a defining chapter: today, 20,000 olive trees flourish at 900 metres, their fruit pressed into extra virgin olive oil with every harvest.

We farm with precision, not by habit. Every variety is selected to suit the character of our soil and altitude, while irrigation and nutrition are carefully planned throughout the season. Every decision we make in the field is deliberate, considered, and can be explained with complete transparency.
Responsible stewardship guides us from first bloom to final harvest through carefully monitored spray programs and pre-harvest intervals. We do not sacrifice safety for speed or quality for convenience; each fruit reaches you exactly when nature intended.
We optimise for flavour, not volume. Early-harvest olives produce significantly less oil per tree than fully ripe olives, a sacrifice we make intentionally. This timing captures polyphenols at their peak, delivering the rich, vibrant flavour profile that defines our exceptional extra virgin oil.
